Andre has been in Property & Casualty loss adjusting since 1993 when he started as an Automobile Insurance Adjuster, following completion of his CIP Designation.
Andre was quickly promoted to Bodily Injury and Property Field Adjuster where he spent the next nine years developing his skills and knowledge of loss adjusting.
In 2002, Andre joined Cunningham Lindsey Canada Ltd. as a Senior Adjuster expanding his career handling complex losses involving severe injury, fatalities including Commercial Property, Commercial General Liability, Course of Construction and Wrap-up Liability policies.
In addition to his insurance training, Andre has completed the Vale Technical Building Loss Adjustment Course and is a HAAG Certified Roofing Inspector. He also in trained in the use of the Xactimate Estimation Program.
Andre joined LSW & Associates as a Loss Adjuster In 2013 and in 2016 upon rebranding the firm as Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. Andre Rossier became Partner where he continues to handle complex losses involving severe injury, fatalities including Commercial Property, CGL, Course of Construction and Wrap-up Liability policies.

Colin Schadlich began his career in the insurance industry in 2000 following graduation from the General Insurance Program at the University College of the Cariboo.
Colin has since worked in a variety of capacities for a variety of Insurers, Brokers and Independent Loss Adjusters, in the fields of underwriting and sales, automobile and property claims, management of pre‐arbitration files, evaluation and settlement of building damage and large content losses.
Since becoming an independent adjuster in 2005 Colin has specialized in personal and commercial property claims, in addition to an assortment of liability, bodily injury, accident benefits, automobile, and trucking/cargo claims – including a variety of catastrophe flood claims in Alberta and British Columbia.
Colin joined Lloyd Stiles & Rossier Ltd. in August 2014, as a Loss Adjuster where he continues to focus on property, liability, bodily injury, accident benefits, automobile, and trucking/cargo claims, in addition to working with other LSR Loss Adjusters.

Heather Kenny graduated from the Administration Information Management Program at the Southern Institute of Alberta in 2003. Soon after graduation, she began working as a Bookkeeper and Property Manager at a medium sized property management firm in Calgary.
In March 2008, Heather started her career in the insurance adjusting industry, first as a bookkeeper and office manager, and then as a Loss Adjuster assisting in the investigation and analysis of oil and gas related property damage, liability and business interruption claims.
In February 2014, Heather joined Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. as a Loss Adjuster focusing on energy related claims, in particular: property damage; pollution liability; and oilfield contractor equipment losses.
Heather is a member of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Canada and has a sound understanding of the fundamentals of the energy industry through additional studies with ENFORM (Canada’s Upstream Oil and Gas Training School) and working with well-seasoned oil and gas adjusters.

Scott V. Stiles FCIP CRM
Scott completed the Insurance Administration program at Grant MacEwan Community College in 1987 and began his career with the Co-Operators General Insurance Company as an Automobile Bodily Injury and Property Field Adjuster in Edmonton, Alberta.
In 1990, Scott joined the independent adjusting firm of Shumka Craig & Moore Adjusters Ltd. (now ClaimsPro), where he focused on property losses in Edmonton and northern Alberta. In 1993, Scott ventured out on his own focusing on catastrophe losses, travelling extensively throughout Western Canada, California and Texas.
In 1995, Scott returned to Shumka Craig & Moore Adjusters Ltd., opening a full service branch office in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and then in 2001, transferred to their Calgary Specialty Risk Division to manage large property and liability losses across Alberta.
In 2003, Scott joined Cunningham Lindsey Canada in their Commercial Risk Division as an Executive General Adjuster handling large Property, Liability, Oil & Gas Equipment, and Boiler & Machinery losses, throughout Canada, USA, and Mexico. He also provided mentoring to other property and liability adjusters throughout in Western Canada, and played a key role in the management of the office and in particular the resolution of complex controversial claims.
In 2011, partners Tracy Lloyd and Scott Stiles founded LSW & Associates and in 2016 rebranded as Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. after welcoming Andre Rossier as Partner in the firm. Scott continues his focus on commercial/industrial property and liability losses.

Tracy W. Lloyd CET
A 1980 graduate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Tracy began his oil and gas career as a Drilling & Completions Technologist with Amoco Canada Production Company in Edmonton, Alberta, where he was quickly advanced to the position of Senior Drilling Technologist, assuming wellsite supervisory duties on drilling, completion and workover projects in Northern Alberta, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. Tracy then rose through to ranks to the position of Assistant Operations Superintendent where he was responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating and implementing new drilling and completion projects, and facility/pipeline construction operations.
During his time in the oil patch, Tracy gained invaluable experience in different drilling techniques (such as air-drilling, underbalanced drilling, sour gas well drilling practices, and directional and horizontal drilling operations) and reservoir completion, workover and stimulation techniques (such as underbalanced perforating, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, cement squeezing, and snubbing operations).
In 1991, Tracy started a new career as an Energy Loss Adjuster in Houston, Texas, working a wide range of major onshore and offshore energy claims in some 21 countries involving: large complex Well Control (Operators Extra Expense) losses; physical damage claims involving drilling and service rigs, coiled tubing and snubbing units; offshore platforms; and on and offshore pipelines, gas storage, and processing facilities. Alternative Energy wise, Tracy has investigated and adjusted physical damage and business interruption losses involving Wind Farms, Geothermal wells, and Waste-heat Power Generators.
In 2007, following a secondment to London, England, Tracy returned to Calgary to run the Steege Kingston brand office, and in 2011 founded LSW & Associates with partner Scott Stiles. In 2016 LSW rebranded as Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. after welcoming Andre Rossier as Partner in the firm.
Tracy continues to adjust a wide variety of energy related claims including pollution liability, downhole drilling tool losses, rig damage, and oilfield equipment losses.

Starting her Insurance career in 1989, Vicki brings an extensive history of claims adjusting experience.
Vicki has worked for various adjusting firms, in a loss adjuster capacity focussing on property and auto claims along with working for Wawanesa Mutual Insurance as a Senior Claims Adjuster, where she handled personal injury, auto, property and liability claims.
Since becoming a independent adjuster in 2009, Vicki has specialized in personal and commercial property claims and automobile claims.
In 2017, Vicki joined Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. as a Loss Adjuster where she continues to handle property and auto losses in addition to working with other LSR Loss Adjusters.

Steven D. Coe J.D.
Steve recently joined Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. as a Senior Consulting Adjuster on a part‐time basis following his 2016 retirement from a long and varied career in the insurance claims industry. In this new role, Steve is able to share his 30 years of experience in all aspects of insurance claims handling with LSR’s other senior claims professionals.
Steve began his career as a lawyer practicing corporate and commercial law before moving to the insurance business as an Independent Claims Adjuster. He later moved to the Company side of the insurance claims industry with stints at the Regional and Head Office levels with several national and multi‐national insurers. Steve concluded his full‐time insurance career on the Brokerage side of the business as a Vice‐President and Senior Claims Consultant at two of the world’s largest commercial insurance brokerages, where he provided claims advocacy and resolution services to selected major clients, primarily in the context of complex and/or problematic losses.
In addition to his formal legal training and experience, Steve has extensive expertise in the interpretation of all types of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance coverages. He also has special expertise in the areas of Commercial General Liability and E&O/D&O coverages along with all the Property and Casualty coverages used in the Energy and Hospitality industries. Over the course of his career Steve has been involved in the negotiation and settlement of numerous major losses throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Steve has also had primary responsibility for the management of claims programs worldwide for one of the world’s largest oil and gas drilling contractors as well as a major international luxury hotel brand and a well‐known international logistics and electrical energy generation/transmission company.
