With great pleasure, Directors Scott Stiles and Tracy Lloyd welcome Andre Rossier as a Director of LSW & Associates effective immediately. Andre began his loss adjusting career in 1993 and has been instrumental to the success of the firm over the past five years. In the new year, Andre will be assisting in the investigation and adjustment of commercial property and energy claims, whilst continuing to work with Colin Schadlich in the investigation of complex losses.

Concurrent with Andre’s promotion, we pleased to announce the rebranding of LSW & Associates Ltd. to Lloyd Stiles Rossier Ltd. (LSR), effective 1 December 2016.

Additionally, we are pleased to welcome Steve Coe J.D., in the capacity of Loss Adjuster effective 1 December 2016. Steve brings 30 years of experience in all aspects of insurance claims handling, beginning his career as a lawyer practicing corporate and commercial law before moving to the insurance business as an independent adjuster in 1985. In 1994, Steve moved to the company side of the insurance industry working in a variety of claims examiner capacities for several national and multi-national Insurers. In 2002, Steve moved into the brokerage side of the business as a claims consultant providing insight into interpretation of all types of commercial Property and Casualty insurance coverages, and has been involved in the negotiation and settlement of numerous major energy and hospitality claims throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and the Middle East, including several offshore drilling platform losses. Steve expertise extends into the area of Commercial General Liability, Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers, and the energy and hospitality industries.

Over the course of the last year, has welcomed three associate adjusters Jodi Payne, Tara Dempster and Sylvia Jensen. Further, we were delighted to welcome Heather Kenny back from maternity leave to head the administration side of the office and develop her own book of loss adjusting.

With the joining of Steve Coe, the firm now comprises nine loss adjusters each practicing in their own area of claims specialization, ranging from Auto and Bodily Injury, Personal Lines, Commercial Property and Liability, to complex energy related claims involving well control, pollution liability, property, and equipment.
